Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for counting and measuring medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with products and services to create a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
• Develop relationships with valuable customers.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision; enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications; check for interactions.
• Record sales at the cash register and assist customers to OTC aisle.
• Handle phone calls not requiring pharmacist attention.
• Support inventory management and processing of shipments.
