Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in distributing prescriptions, processing data, handling payments, and stocking inventory in a busy retail/pharmacy setting.
Under supervision, you will enter prescription data, bill, train new staff, collect customer information, handle refill orders by phone, maintain records, and support reprocessing rejected prescriptions. Eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Schedule: Full Time 40- Hours
Under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, assists in the distribution and processing of prescriptions and the sale of over-the-counter medications enters prescription data into computer. Performs billings and file maintenance. Receives payments for prescriptions and other purchases. Assists in the stocking and storage of inventory. Interacts and communicates with the public. Reports to pharmacists.
