Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 4 years of experience assisting a pharmacist or in a pharmacy setting desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist a registered pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions and entering information into the computer system.
• Provide routine customer service regarding prescriptions, insurance, and records.
• Maintain and stock pharmacy inventory, verify shipments, and manage invoices.
• Maintain and stock automated dispensing machines.
• Handle payment processing, cashier duties, and basic financial reporting.
• Troubleshoot pharmacy software and related technology as needed.

Education
