Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician for the Eastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri. The role supports pharmacists by handling prescription data and ensuring accurate, well-stocked workflows within a secure correctional healthcare setting.

We offer a pay range of $18-$21 per hour plus shift differential, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for continued education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current certification and licensure as a Pharmacy Technician required.
• L1MA certification mentioned in the posting.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Typing prescription data into the pharmacy computerized filing system.
• Maintaining a well-stocked pharmacy.
• Faxing prescription orders to the contracted pharmacy for processing.
• Maintaining pharmacy files on prescriptions, requisitions, medication logs and related records.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking afull-time Pharmacy Technician to join our team atEastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center located inBonne Terre, Missouri.

The Pharmacy Technician works under the direct supervision of a Licensed Pharmacist to aid and assist the Pharmacist in assigned duties, including interacting with healthcare professionals and corrections and administrative staff to achieve the goals of the Pharmacy Department.

Essential Duties:

• Typing prescription data into the pharmacy computerized filing system
• Ensuring proper maintenance and operation of a well-stocked pharmacy
• Ensuring prescription orders are faxed to the contracted pharmacy for processing
• Maintaining pharmacy files on prescriptions, requisitions, medication logs, drug and patient information, purchase orders, and other records as required by the Pharmacist

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Current certification and licensure as a Pharmacy Technician required
• or must hold a L1MA Certificated
• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Day Shift - 730am-4pm Monday through Friday
