Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare in Ashland, VA is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician to support long-term care facilities. You will operate Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment, prepare bulk prescriptions, and stage items for shipment.

This on-site role offers a night shift 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM, 7 on/7 off, with a $17-$18/hr base pay plus $3 shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current VA State Board of Pharmacy registration in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year in a long-term care pharmacy preferred.
• Ability to operate Paxit packaging/dispensing equipment.
• Strong computer skills and drug term knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and "owes" processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• Adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct and compliance policies.

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. Our Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicians operat e our cutting-edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fill Bulk Prescriptions, and stag e finished items for shipment to our valued customers. Plus, you\'ll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.

Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (10448 Lakeridge Parkway Ashland, VA 23005)

Compensation: Start ing at $17 - $18/hr (dependent upon experience) plus $ 3.00 /hr shift differential

Schedule : 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM, 7 on, 7 off, Rotation starts on Wednesday night and runs through to the next Wednesday morning

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required


• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the VA State Board of Pharmacy is required (good standing)


• Minimum of one ( 1 ) year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
