Bracane Company seeks a Pharmacy Technician for a long-term federal healthcare assignment in Lexington, Kentucky. The position averages about 30 hours per week, typically scheduled across four weekdays during daytime hours.

Candidates may have prior pharmacy technician experience or be new to the field but must meet Kentucky registration or certification requirements and pass through federal screenings as required.

Qualificações

• Current Kentucky Pharmacy Technician registration/certification required or ability to meet Kentucky requirements before placement.
• Ability to work onsite in Lexington, Kentucky.
• Ability to successfully complete required federal background screening and drug screening.
• Working computer skills and basic record-keeping accuracy.
• Prior pharmacy technician experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacists with ordering, stocking, storing, and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain medication inventory and monitor expiration dates.
• Prepare unit-dose and pre-packaged medications for shipment or dispensing.
• Maintain and restock pharmacy supplies and automated dispensing systems.
• Assist with narcotics, needle, and syringe inventory controls.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and electronic documentation.
• Perform clerical duties including scheduling, scanning, and filing.
