Job summary

Clarest Health seeks a Pharmacy Technician for our on-site closed-door pharmacy in Maryland. You will operate Paxit packaging equipment, manage packaging lots, and maintain clean work areas to support efficient dispensing operations.

Qualified candidates hold a MD Pharmacy Technician registration, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably 1 year in a long-term care pharmacy. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Current MD Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing required.
• Minimum 1 year in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and 'owes' processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• Adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct and report violations to supervisor/HR.

Location:

On site at our closed-door pharmacy (9006 Yellow Brick Rd, Rosedale, MD 21237)

Compensation:

Start ing at $19 - $21 /hr (dependent upon experience and license )

Schedule :

Monday - Friday 7 :30 am - 4 :00 pm rotating weekends

Fulfillment Operations Technician Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and "owes" processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• The ability to adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the MD State Board of Pharmacy is required (good standing)
• Minimum of one ( 1 ) year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
