Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare, a Clarest Health Division, seeks a dynamic Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician to support residents in long-term care facilities with precise packaging and dispensing services.

On-site in Ashland, VA, this 2nd shift role (4:30 pm–1:00 am) includes a starting pay of $18–$20 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential, benefits, 401(k) matching and growth opportunities. You will operate Paxit packaging systems, stage prescriptions, and collaborate across pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current VA Board Pharmacy Technician registration or trainee in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

Location

On site at our closed-door pharmacy (10448 Lakeridge Parkway Ashland, VA 23005)

Compensation

Start ing at $18 - $20 / hr (dependent upon experience) plus $1.50/ hr shift differential

Schedule

Monday - Friday 4:30 pm - 1:00 am - rotating weekends ( 2 nd Shift )

Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, your responsibilities will include operating our cutting-edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fulfilling Bulk Prescriptions, and staging finished items for shipment to our valued customers. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.

Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and "owes" processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Trainee ( must be enrolled in a training class) with the VA State Board of Pharmacy is required (good standing)
• Minimum of one ( 1 ) year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
