Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in filling prescriptions, answering calls, labeling, and filing. You will contact doctors for refill authorizations, assist with stock ordering, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced clinic and satellite sites.
Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience, Ohio registration, and strong math and communication skills.
Monday Friday schedule. No late nights, no weekends, and 11 paid holidays.
Responsible for complying with all state and federal laws, rule and regulations to fill prescriptions, and operate daily activities.
Assist pharmacist in any reasonable procedure as deemed necessary by pharmacist. Answer all phone calls, take customer walk-in information, type labels, file prescription. Call and/or electronically contact doctors for refill authorizations, assist in any report procedures.
