This is a full-time Pharmacy Technician role located on-site in our dynamic Call Center in Tampa, FL at nirvanaHealth | RxAdvance. The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for triage phone calls and written inquiries from members, pharmacy personnel, and providers. They will maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries for continuous improvement, effectively communicate issues and resolutions to members, pharmacy personnel, providers, and appropriate internal staff.
