Role Description

This is a full-time Pharmacy Technician role located on-site in our dynamic Call Center in Tampa, FL at nirvanaHealth | RxAdvance. The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for triage phone calls and written inquiries from members, pharmacy personnel, and providers. They will maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries for continuous improvement, effectively communicate issues and resolutions to members, pharmacy personnel, providers, and appropriate internal staff. The role requires good judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve concerns from members, pharmacy personnel, and providers, while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• PBM or Medicare Part D experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred
• Understanding of pharmacy regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
