Job summary

Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists and nurses in delivering pharmaceutical and supply services to home infusion patients. You will perform non-discretionary duties including dispensing, distribution of medications and supplies, and maintaining patient records under a licensed pharmacist's supervision.

Washington license upon hire is required; preferred graduates of a pharmacy technician program and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.
• Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician Program (coursework/training).
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Description

This position is responsible for assisting the Pharmacist and Nurse in providing pharmaceutical and supply services to home infusion patients. The Pharmacy Technician performs non-discretionary functions, which include dispensing, distribution of medications and supplies, and maintaining patient records. These duties are performed under the immediate supervision and control of a licensed pharmacist.

Required Qualifications

• Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.
