VytlOne is seeking a MS State licensed Pharmacy Technician for Stennis Community Pharmacy. The role focuses on accurate prescription processing, patient interaction, and maintaining compliant records in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license with the MS Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong customer service, professionalism and teamwork.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• HS Diploma or GED and in good standing with MS Board of Pharmacy.
• Proficient with pharmacy software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate claims and fill prescriptions efficiently.
• Accept written prescriptions or refill requests and verify information.
• Record medical histories while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Count medications, label, and prepare for pharmacist verification.
• Participate in inventory audits and purchasing of meds and supplies.

VytlOne is currently recruiting for a MS State licensed Pharmacy Technician for Stennis Community Pharmacy. This opportunity is perfect for a pharmacy technician who enjoys interacting with their patients and who is looking to broaden their pharmacy career. Pharmacy hours: M-F 8-6, Sat 8-12:30.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge for adjudicating claims and filling prescriptions efficiently.
• Accept written prescriptions or refill requests from patients and evaluating information for completeness and accuracy.
• Record medical histories while maintaining confidentially and compliance with HIPPA regulations.
• Deliver quality customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, questions, or requests.
• Select and count appropriate medication, place in appropriate container, create pharmacy label, and places completed prescription in area for pharmacist to verify.
• Participate in inventory audits and purchasing of medications and pharmacy supplies.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license with the MS Board of Pharmacy.
• A passion for outstanding customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• In good standing with the MS Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care.
• Computer experience mandatory. Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently.
