Partners Pharmacy in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule to support long-term care and retail operations. The role focuses on prescription processing, labeling, and maintaining workflow quality.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Pharmacy Technician registration or PTCB license, with experience in Frameworks preferred, and strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Qualificações

• Registration as Pharmacy Technician or active PTCB license.
• Experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy.
• Experience with Frameworks software is a definite plus.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of prescription plans and rejections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Typing, computer and multitasking skills are a must.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

Pharmacy Technician – Marlborough, MA

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30PM

The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Adhere to workflow and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained at all times
• Maintain prescription prioritization throughout prescription processing
• Process and label all prescriptions
• Translate SIG codes, product selection, counting and measuring drugs, capping and uncapping vials and bottles
• Building E-kit, back-up boxes, unit dose packaging, bingo cards, etc.
• Fill cassettes, TCG cycle fills, etc.
• Access, input and retrieve information to/from the computer
• Maintain in-stock by ensuring all inventory management policies and procedures are followed
• Utilize appropriate report(s) to maintain replenishment
• Pull outdated, damaged and recalled merchandise and prepare for return
• Assist with putting away drug order (except Clls) as permitted by law

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Professional Experience:

• Current Pharmacy Technician registration and/or PTCB license
• Experience in long term care or retail pharmacy environment
• Experience in Frameworks, a definite plus
• Communication, problem solving and organizational skills a must.
• Knowledge of prescription plans and rejections.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines.
• Typing, computer and multi-tasking skills are a must!
• Strong customer service skills
