Job summary

California Rehabilitation Institute in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will support pharmacists, prepare medications, and ensure timely delivery of drugs to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive compensation ($28.00–$37.68 per hour), and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, an EAP, and a company 401(k).

Qualifications

• Requires completion of high school education or GED.
• Active State Board of Pharmacy Registration as Pharmacy Technician is required by state.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, the pharmacy technician assists pharmacist in providing medications to patients and performs routine duties in hospital pharmacy.
• Fills medication cassettes under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
• Prepares IV medications under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
• Prints out and fills label requests for First dose or Stat medications.
• Delivers supplies and medications to other departments as needed.
