Trinity Health Pharmacy Solutions – Grand Rapids is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support a centralized prior authorization clinic in West Michigan, MI. Under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, you will prepare and distribute medications, maintain inventories, and process patient records, while delivering courteous service to patients and staff.
The role requires a high school diploma, Michigan LPhT and national CPhT credentials, and at least one year of pharmacy experience.

The Pharmacy Technician will primarily support a centralized prior authorization clinic in West Michigan, MI. Pharmacy technician support involves resolving and appealing prior authorization claims from Trinity Health Medical Group. The technician may also support other ambulatory pharmacy clinics as needed.
Under the direction of a Registered Pharmacist, assists Pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. Provides courteous, cooperative, and timely service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Trinity Health Pharmacy Solutions – Grand Rapids provides specialty pharmacy care for patients with rare and chronic health conditions which include but are not limited to Hepatitis C, HIV, Multiple Sclerosis, Movement Disorders, Asthma, Pulmonary conditions, Inflammatory conditions, and Cancer. Specialty Pharmacy technicians work in the Call Center and in the prescription filling process. All colleagues will be cross training to ensure top-notch patient care and customer satisfaction.
