Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, adhering to regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coaching technicians if certified.
3. Delivering excellent customer service by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.
4. Supporting pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and clerical duties.
5. Participating in training to maintain certification and improve skills.

Qualifications include:

• Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred experience in retail, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB or ExCPT certification.
