Job summary

Pharmacy1st Health in Delphos, OH is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in a fast-paced community setting. You will assist with dispensing medications, processing prescriptions, and providing friendly patient service in a compliant, patient-centered environment.

This role includes maintaining inventory, handling POS transactions, assisting with billing, and upholding HIPAA standards while collaborating with a supportive team to improve access to care in rural communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State pharmacy technician registration or licensure as required by state law.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working directly with patients.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with pharmacy software is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy, team-oriented space.

• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements at all times.
