This Pharmacy Technician role is within a remote contact center. We service the client Part D Members and Providers.

Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to the M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight: urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours.

Responsibilities
