About TelyRx

TelyRx is an integrated digital healthcare platform that makes everyday prescription medications easier to access. Patients connect with independent, state-licensed healthcare providers who evaluate their needs and prescribe treatment when appropriate. Prescriptions are filled by TelyRx’s licensed pharmacies and delivered directly to patients’ doors. Serving patients across 48 U.S. states and all territories, TelyRx provides access to more than 500 common, FDA-approved medications for over 60 common health conditions through a seamless, convenient experience.

At TelyRx, Our Purpose is to lead the future of healthcare - a system that revolves around our patients, not the other way round. Our Mission is to provide a radically simpler way to get the healthcare patients need, so they can be free from the constraints of today’s system. At the heart of who we are sit our TELY values (Trust, Empathy, Leveling Up, and YOLO).

The Opportunity:

You are a registered pharmacy technician on our floor. Under pharmacist supervision, you keep the dispensing workflow moving accurately and on time, so every patient gets the right medication when they expect it. You join a real career path where advancement is earned on demonstrated skill, time in role, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order intake, data entry, dispensing workflow support, labeling, inventory handling (for example, checking in stock and running cycle counts), and shipping, under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. You stay agile across these core workflow tasks and move to where the work is.
  • Accuracy first: careful attention to order quantities and look-alike, sound-alike medications, with no shortcuts on the process.
  • Support shipping and special handling flows, such as cold chain packaging, when the floor needs it.
  • Stay agile and flexible. You take on the other reasonable tasks the pharmacy needs within the scope of a technician's role, and you move to where the work is, whether that is data entry, dispensing support, inventory, or shipping.
  • Keep a clean, organized, audit ready workstation, and follow SOPs consistently. We do not handle controlled substances.
If you are a trainee, not yet a registered technician

We welcome trainee applicants. If you are not yet a registered pharmacy technician, we will still consider your application. We will expect you to carry the same technician responsibilities, performed under supervision as your trainee status permits, and before you start we will agree on a clear framework and timeline to complete your registration, consistent with the requirements in Texas.

What we are looking for
  • An active pharmacy technician registration in the state of practice, or a trainee registration with a path to certify.
  • Detail oriented and reliable, with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy. You notice and escalates discrepancies before they reach a patient.
  • A team player who shows up, follows through, and helps teammates when the work is done.
  • High school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a schedule that includes rotating weekends as the floor requires.
What we offer
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) eligibility
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance
