Job summary

TelyRx in Irving, TX is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support our mail-order pharmacy operations. You will focus on clinical aspects of formulary and traditional pharmacist tasks within a technology-enabled tele-health setting.

Responsibilities include managing automation workflow, signing off refills with Parata equipment, and assisting with receiving medications, data entry, and customer inquiries. On-site role with rotating weekends, full-time salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Pharmacist license with clean record.
• Willing to commit 1–2 hours daily for fulfillment support.
• Ability to learn Parata equipment and related tech.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Irving, TX.

We are looking for a licensed Pharmacist in the Irving/Dallas Texas area with experience in mail order pharmacies to support our growing pharmacy's clinical and filling needs.

As a state-of-the-art technology-enabled tele-health pharmacy, we need someone to focus on the clinical aspects of our formulary in addition to traditional pharmacist tasks. Discover a different and unique side of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the workflow with the automation machines and shipping within our pharmacy platform
• Review and sign off on medications being refilled in the canisters of the Parata equipment
• Troubleshoot and eliminate errors with the equipment onsite to reduce any potential downtime of the machines
• Assist with receiving medications and entering into our system if staff is not present to complete
• Assist the team in processing prescriptions with the automation equipment onsite
• Prepare orders for packing and shipping
• Respond to clinical questions online or calls from patients

Requirements

Preference will be giving to Pharmacist with mail order pharmacy experience!

• An actively licensed pharmacist in the state of Texas with no reprimands on their license
• Able to commit to a scheduled 1-2 hours a day, Monday through Friday, of fulfillment support needed to process the orders for our patient needs
• Capable of learning the basics of the equipment and technology required to fulfill the orders of our patients
• Be patient-focused and provide outstanding customer service, .
• Be agile, flexible, and willing to learn as we grow and evolve
• Must be able to be onsite at our Clearwater pharmacy for hours worked
• A proven, independent thinker, able to work with minimal staff and direction
• Proficient in Microsoft apps and/or Google apps
• All experience is welcomed (new grads welcomed)
• A collaborative “get it done” approach to exceed our patients' expectations
• Excellent customer service skills and problem-resolution
  
  

"Nice-To-Have's":

• Ability and willingness to ambitiously get licensed in multiple states
• Prior experience working with Parata equipment, even better if you have ATP-2 experience
• Start-up or experience at an online or mail-order pharmacy
  
  

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000.00

Schedule: 40 per week (Rotating weekends mandatory)
