Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Meet state requirements for the role
• Ability to handle confidential information

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a pharmacy clerk or similar role
• Familiarity with EPRN and HIPAA regulations

• Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
• Provide excellent customer service, including data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
• Operate cash registers following company policies
• Handle vendor coupons, cash shortages, and shrink guidelines
• Answer calls and inquiries professionally
• Complete billing accurately to maximize value
• Prepare and store products according to best practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer areas
• Manage inventory, ordering, and compliance with safety and health regulations
• Report illegal activities and unsafe conditions appropriately
