Description: Our client is currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician for their fulfillment center in Charlotte

Pharmacy Technician – Charlotte, NC 28217About the Role

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in processing pharmacy orders, ensuring accuracy, and supporting patients with their prescriptions. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying prescription details, managing patient data, and facilitating order submissions.

Responsibilities

• Process and route pharmacy orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and verify members’/patients’ prescriptions.
• Prepare and scan documents related to pharmacy orders.
• Validate patient data and submit prescription orders in the system.
• Contact members, patients, and providers to confirm details, request payment information, and establish order priorities.
• Interpret providers’ prescriptions and create orders as permitted by state regulations.
• Assess, input, and retrieve prescription, medical/lab, and reimbursement information.
  
  

Qualifications

• Required: North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License.
• Required: National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  

Work Schedule

• Primary Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST.
• Occasional Shift: Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST.
  
  

Rate: $20.00 PER HOUR
