Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and MA Board of Pharmacy credentials; shifts include day/evening and some weekends. Onsite location at 57 Prospect Street with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Licensure/credentials: Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy (Pharmacy Technician Trainee) required.
• Must work under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine needs.
• Provide professional patient service.
• Receive, check-in, rotate, and store medications and supplies.
• Complete data entry, insurance and billing procedures, and prepare prescriptions.
• Support drug inventory, distribution, and quality control.
• Participate in physical inventory of pharmaceuticals.
• Escalate issues to pharmacists as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relations with customers and staff.
