Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Representative (Remote)

We are seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to join our team in a fully remote, contract position. In this role, you will provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers, and handle requests related to card activation, program eligibility, and troubleshooting submission rejections.

Role Purpose

Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing our programs, providing support via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide initial support for customer requests and document specific resolution details.
  2. Assess user issues quickly and offer first-level support.
  3. Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate department.
  4. Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
  5. Work 40 hours per week during shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, under moderate supervision.
Minimum Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certification required
  • Call center experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Medical claim processing experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation

The pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Additional incentives and benefits may be offered based on qualifications and location.
