Job summary

Candidates must be registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and have 3 years of technician experience (1 year in a related specialty); an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP).
• Three years of technician experience with one year in a related specialty.
• One year of pharmacy technician experience with an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support senior technologist in daily tasks.
• Collect data and prepare summaries for leadership.
• Maintain policies and SOPs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Complete documentation and recordkeeping.
• Assist with Medication Access and patient assistance programs.
