Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Athens, GA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in dispensing medications and assisting the Pharmacist on duty. This full-time position requires a high school diploma or GED and current pharmacy technician registration, with opportunity to work closely with clinicians and improve patient care.

Responsibilities:

The pharmacy technician assists the pharmacist in providing service to patients and physicians in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as company philosophy, policies and service standards. The pharmacy technician is supervised by the Pharmacist on duty.
