Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Boardman, OH is seeking a team member to assist Members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote products and services. The role involves operating registers, processing payments, returns, and exchanges, and supporting pharmacy operations with prescriptions and OTC orders.

You will stock and maintain the Pharmacy area, complete required paperwork, and collaborate with store teams to meet priorities while delivering a high level of service

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Operate cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, assist in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges for different membership and payment types.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases in the Pharmacy area, stocking and securing supplies, and completing required paperwork and documentation.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organize the Pharmacy space, maintain logs and documentation, and collaborate with managers and partners to meet priorities.
