Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges following procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Assists with Pharmacy orders and OTC purchases, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and maintaining documentation.
• Stocking and organizing the Pharmacy area and maintaining paperwork, logs, and required documentation.
• Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners to address priorities, deadlines and opportunities for improvement.
