SpartanNash in Litchfield, Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist licensed pharmacists by preparing medications, counting tablets, labeling bottles, stocking products, and providing customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, and state registration or certification.

Pharmacy-related experience is preferred, with attention to accuracy, math skills, and HIPAA

Mansioni

• Stock and take inventory of medications (prescription and over the counter).
• Notify Pharmacy Manager of supplies/products that need to be ordered.
• Receive prescriptions/refills from patients.
• Retrieve, count, pour, weigh, package and label products.
• Maintain customer profiles and prepare insurance forms.
• Operates cash register, displays cost, makes change, cash checks, and issues receipts.
• Maintain a clean, well stocked department.
• Abide by HIPAA and all legal policies and procedures.
• Assist pharmacist on duty with tasks other than final verification and patient counseling.
