Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of pharmacy technicians and interns; ensure adequate staffing and workflow.
• Plan and coordinate drug preparation and distribution with director of pharmacy oversight.
• Develop training plans and assess competency of staff; maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.
