Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician 3-5 years required; supervisory/management 5-7 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations for medication preparation and distribution in the assigned pharmacy area.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and interns; monitors performance and sets goals.
• Plans schedules and ensures adequate staffing to meet workload and standards.
• Develops and implements training to assess and improve staff competence.
• Provides advanced problem solving and instruction to staff.
• Maintains inventory and appearance of assigned operational areas.
