Job summary

American Institute is seeking an Adjunct instructor to deliver standardized curricula, guide student learning, and monitor progress on evenings Tue and Thu in a hybrid setting. You will collaborate with program leaders, provide timely feedback, and support student success while maintaining professionalism and compliance with policies.

This role is part-time with salary range $26-$28 per hour. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, and a home-office setup is beneficial for preparation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Pharmacy Technician certification and/or state license or registration as a pharmacy technician in good standing.
• Fluent English required (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office and Teams for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Centralized Curriculum: Teach the standardized education curriculum on schedule.
• Engage Students: Facilitate discussions and office hours for additional engagement.
• Monitor Student Progress: Grade activities and post grades weekly; provide timely feedback.
• Support Student Success: Create learning tools and give constructive feedback.
• Maintain Professionalism: Adhere to policies and communicate with leadership and students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
