Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our Grand Rapids team. You will support pharmacists in safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and help ensure smooth store operations.

This role requires adherence to SOPs and strong patient service skills. You may participate in immunizations and vaccination-related tasks where allowed, while maintaining privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age/education/licensure where applicable.
• For many states, high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in providing safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support inventory management, returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
• Assist with immunizations and point‑of‑care testing where allowed by law.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick‑up, drive‑thru and over the phone.
