Job summary

CVS Health in Michigan is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations and patient care in-store. You will assist pharmacists, process prescriptions, and help ensure accuracy, safety, and a positive patient experience.

You will complete required training, meet state licensing requirements, and may progress to immunization or other services as you gain certification. This role offers a supportive team and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure and certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• If no minimum education is mandated, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Support the team, seek feedback, and expand clinical/technical knowledge.
