Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• Valid ALBOP registration required; CPhT certification preferred.
• HIPAA knowledge and professional communication skills required.
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist in preparation and compounding of pharmaceutical products.
• Assess inventory of pharmacy products and manage stock level.
• Resolve insurance claims during dispensing as applicable to location.
• Train new staff and cross-train in two key functional areas.
• Perform additional duties within scope of role as assigned.
