University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH seeks an Outpatient/Inpatient Pharmacy Technician 3 to support daily operations across Suburban and Mentor locations. The role ensures medication safety and regulatory compliance by managing ADCs, expirations, returns, and staff requests, maintaining open communication with clinical teams.

The Technician 3 assists pharmacists in drug distribution, can train in all areas not requiring pharmacist judgment, and may perform duties of Technician 1 or 2 as

Responsabilidades

• Accurately prepares non-hazardous compounded sterile products per USP 797; handles hazardous drugs per USP 800 as assigned.
• Prepares and documents non-sterile compounded formulations with precise beyond-use dating (BUD).
• Troubleshoots and resolves routine hardware/software issues for Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs).
• Performs inventory replenishment and cycle counts to maintain par levels and prevent stockouts.
• Orients and trains new staff on workflows, safety protocols, and pharmacy technology.
