Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent with accredited sterile products training.
• Pharmacy experience required.
• Two years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill medication orders accurately with correct strength, dosage form, and quantity.
• Ensure all medications are checked by a pharmacist prior to dispensing.
• Prepare IV admixtures and restock IV room per policy.
• Prepare outpatient prescriptions for pharmacist review.
• Maintain adequate medication stock levels and proper storage.
