Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking an Pharmacy Technician for an overnight, full-time role in the Inpatient Pharmacy. You will respond to department needs, ensure medication delivery and availability to patient care areas, and profile orders while supporting pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, inventory maintenance, and performing clerical duties as required. MO Board licensure or MO Intern license and National Technician Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy or MO Pharmacy Intern License.
• National Technician Certification required.

Schedule: FULL TIME | OVERNIGHT ROLE

(40hrs/week| Shift times 9:00pm- 7:00am)

What You'll

Responds to the needs of the department, nursing and physician staff and patients. Ensures delivery and availability of medications to patient care areas, profiles patient's orders and performs necessary pharmacy module functions, monitors functionality of pharmacy equipment and performs necessary routine maintenance, assists in inventory management and performs clerical duties as required.

Requirements

• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy, a submitted application and fingerprinting for registration with the MO Board of Pharmacy, or a current Missouri Pharmacy Intern License.
• National Technician Certification required.
