Qualifications

• Certificate required.
• (PHARM-Intern) Pharmacist - Intern, or (PharmTech) Pharmacy Technician License.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive help to the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy as a pharmacy technician under the general supervision of a licensed pharmacist and within the scope of practice as a pharmacy technician established by the department of pharmacy and the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, and other duties as assigned.
• Works independently with minimal supervision. Organizes and prioritizes work assignments. Ensures pharmacy services are provided in a timely manner.
• Attendance, punctuality, punches in and out appropriately
• Meets dress code. Wears identification badge at all times.
• Performance demonstrates efforts to improve patient satisfaction, lower cost, and improve quality.
