Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help pharmacists prepare and process medication orders to ensure correct medications are provided on time and charged correctly.
• Organize daily tasks for maximum efficiency and work well with others.
• Maintain medicine stock and ensure drugs and supplies are in good condition.
• Provide pharmacy services in patient care areas.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and Total Quality principles.
• Keep knowledge up to date and educate others as needed.
• Set personal goals to support departmental objectives and quality initiatives.
• Follow hospital standards to foster a positive work environment through communication and teamwork.
• Provide care tailored to different age groups per Age Specific Care Guidelines.
