Job summary

Southcoast Health in Fall River, MA is seeking a Pharmacy Tech II to support pharmacists in daily operations and ensure accurate dispensing, labeling and inventory control. Work hours include 24/32 flex with day/evening shifts and weekend rotation as needed.

The role requires MA Pharmacy Technician registration, CPhT or ExCPT certification within 18 months, and 1 year of related experience (3 years preferred). Regular status employees may access strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.

• Under the direction of a Pharmacist, performs pharmacy-related functions per department policies to provide optimal pharmaceutical care.

We are searching for a talented Pharmacy Tech II

Hours: 24 flex 32hrs

Shift: Day/Evening shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm, 7:00am - 3:30pm, 2:30pm - 11:00pm, 3:30pm - 12:00am, 9:00pm - 7:00am with every third weekend, holiday rotation per department needs

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

• High School graduate or the equivalent is required.
• Additional clinical course work or training is preferred.
• Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) is required within 18 months of hire.
• One year of related work experience is required; three years is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
