Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is hiring a Pharmacy Technician at Burnet Campus in Cincinnati, OH. You will rotate through inpatient pharmacy areas, working with pharmacists and clinical teams to prepare and distribute medications and support patient dosing across units.

This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and urgency, with licensing in Ohio and certification considered within 18 months. Full‑time schedule with 40 hours per week, regular shifts in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience.
• Licensed as a pharmacy technician in the State of Ohio.
• Pharmacy technician certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Location: Burnet Campus, 3333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati OH 45229

Units: Main Pharmacy, Operating Room & Critical Care Pharmacy

Pay: $21.50-$24.62 + $2.00/hour shift and $1.00/hour weekend differential

What you’ll do (what your day really looks like)
