Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience.
  • Licensed as a pharmacy technician in the State of Ohio.
  • Pharmacy technician certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Support medication delivery for patient-specific doses across units.
  • Replenish automated dispensing cabinets and maintain inventory.
  • Compound sterile and non-sterile medications.

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Location: Burnet Campus, 3333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati OH 45229

Units: Main Pharmacy, Operating Room & Critical Care Pharmacy

Pay: $21.50-$24.62 + $2.00/hour shift and $1.00/hour weekend differential

What you’ll do (what your day really looks like)

You’ll rotate through key areas of the inpatient pharmacy, working closely with pharmacists and clinical teams to:

  • Prepare and distribute medications accurately and efficiently
  • Support medication delivery for patient-specific doses across units
