Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Burnet Campus team in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on preparing and distributing medications accurately and efficiently, supporting patient-specific doses across units, and replenishing dispensing cabinets.

You will collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure quality and safety, handling sterile and non-sterile compounding as needed.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience
• Be licensed as a pharmacy technician in the State of Ohio
• Pharmacy technician certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A detail-oriented, team-first mindset

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Location: Burnet Campus, 3333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati OH 45229

Units: Main Pharmacy, Operating Room & Critical Care Pharmacy

Pay: $21.50-$24.62 + $2.00/hour shift and $1.00/hour weekend differential

What you'll do (what your day really looks like)

• Prepare and distribute medications accurately and efficiently


• Support medication delivery for patient-specific doses across units


• Replenish automated dispensing cabinets and maintain inventory
