Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and service standards.
• Process prescriptions, verify patient information, and manage third-party adjudication.
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, and immunization scheduling.
• Manage inventory, orders, and invoices; review Warehouse and DSD orders.
• Maintain automated prescription processing equipment and perform system reports.
• Ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance; follow 7-point check labeling procedures.
