Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years pharmacy experience as a pharmacy technician or completion of a pharmacy technician training program.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required within 18 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform general pharmacy technician duties and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate daily workflow and scheduling adjustments within pharmacy areas.
- Conduct medication reconciliation interviews and verify medication accuracy.
- Coordinate technician orientation, training, and competency assessments.
- Participate in compliance efforts and lead performance improvement initiatives.
