Apprenticeship helps track toward PTCB certification while building core skills in customer care, medication handling, and pharmacy systems.

Whether new or experienced, Walgreens provides training to use skills and tools to serve patients and customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision with dispensing and patient information.
• Handle prescriptions, assist with inventory, and cash register duties.
• Provide friendly customer service to Walgreens customers.
• Support pharmacy operations and maintain compliance with policies.
