Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prior experience with Walgreens preferred.
Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
Good computer skills.
Knowledge of store inventory control.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Assist in scheduling and maintaining workflow under supervision of Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager.
Handle cash transactions and assist customers to locate products.
Accept and process prescription requests while ensuring accuracy and safety.
