Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a Pharmacy Technician in Hanover, PA to support pharmacy operations. You will fill prescriptions, assist with IV medications, and ensure accuracy under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

The role requires attention to detail, basic data entry, and ability to work 2nd shift with occasional weekends. Compensation is $25.01 per hour, with openings available immediately.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend schedule, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and prepare IV medications under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Enter prescription and billing information into the computer system.
• Work with Billing Supervisor to obtain reimbursement payments.
• Prepackage medications for dispensing in accordance with pharmacy standards and government regulations.
• Assist Pharmacists with the final checking process, including identifying medications for RPh review and packaging medications after final approval.
• Coordinate accurate and timely delivery of medications to customers.
• Receive, rotate, and organize medications and pharmacy supplies.
• Maintain accurate lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Assist with physical inventory activities.
• Help maintain a clean and safe pharmacy environment.
• Check equipment for proper calibration, safety, and cleanliness.
• Follow all pharmacy procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

• Opening 1 – 2nd Shift Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM–8:30 PM Every other weekend: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Opening 2 – 2nd Shift Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
