Job summary

Redlands Community Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the Pharmacist in ensuring safe, age-appropriate drug therapy for patients.

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this role requires knowledge of medical terminology and drug nomenclature; hospital experience preferred. A California driver's license is required for transport of techs identified by Director.

Job description

Hourly pay range: $23.00 min. - $31.74

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy this position is assigned to providing the knowledge and skills in the Pharmacy Department to support the Pharmacist in assuring Redlands Community Hospital patients quality and safety in age specific drug therapy.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of both medical terminology and drug nomenclature.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

• Current California driver's license required for transport for techs identified by Director. To drive a company vehicle, must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years and have a clean driving record per RCH insurance carrier.
