LeeSar in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support hospitals and healthcare facilities by accurately preparing and labeling medications, replenishing trays with TRAYSAFE, and managing inventory. You will work with pharmacists and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and regulatory compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and reliability, with a starting pay that varies by licensure status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Florida Pharmacy Technician License preferred.
• 1 year of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label medications accurately.
• Replenish medication trays using TRAYSAFE equipment and software.
• Manage medication inventory and restock supplies.
• Identify expired medications and assist with returns or disposal.
• Prepare invoices and deliver medications to member facilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and teammates to ensure efficient workflow.
